Everyone is a candidate for virtual skincare.  Virtual Skincare Consultations are an easy, convenient way to take an in depth look at what's going on with your skin and overcome your skin challenges for good. Virtual Skin Parties are a great way to get together with friends from all over the country! And virtual makeup lessons can help you take your skills from now to wow without leaving the comfort of your home. 

Will I really get results from using your products and working with you?

Absolutely! We only use high quality, results-oriented products. Additionally, you're getting expert advice during our Virtual Consultations. We look at all aspects of your skin concerns, challenges, routines, diet, lifestyle and any other important pieces of your skincare puzzle to help us understand exactly what you need to ensure you will successfully achieve your skincare goals. When I need to replenish my products, how can I do so?

Easy! You can shop for your regular products via this website. Just click on shop! 

Can I get a refund? 

No. Champagne Apothecary does not offer refunds on any services, products or gift certificates. No exceptions. 

What's your cancellation policy?

Champagne Apothecary asks clients to reschedule any appointments at least 48 hours in advance. We understand unexpected circumstances happen from time to time and are happy to assist in the event of an emergency, as a one time courtesy. However, the studio is very busy and we want to serve our customers well. Repeated cancellations/no-shows take up valuable time in the studio's schedule and ultimately impede upon other client's ability to book. Therefore, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance and/or no shows will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the specific service(s) booked. Additionally, if a client fails to reschedule an appointment within the allotted time more than twice, that client will no longer be allowed to book appointments.
